I hope this message finds you well. I would like to express my appreciation for the recent appraisal and the acknowledgment of my contributions to the lumiq team. It is indeed encouraging to see my efforts being recognized

However, after careful consideration, I find myself in a position where I am not fully satisfied with the outcome of the recent appraisal. While I understand that there are various factors that influence the decision-making process, I would like to share my perspective on why I believe my appraisal might warrant further consideration.

I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to the team's objectives and have successfully taken on additional responsibilities beyond my initial role. My contributions have positively impacted projects, and I have strived to uphold the company's values and goals.

Also, my manager has rated me on the higher side. Which does not justify the numbers.

I am open to discussing this further and finding a solution that aligns my expectations.
